Using the guiding principles as your starting point to consider curriculum essentials and creating a rubric with these essentials is something I'm going to enjoy exploring myself. The idea of having a common approach at the big picture level that allows for an individualised curriculum planning document is important as it allows for creative and innovative responses that suit individual teachers.
